These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration for and participation in any programs, events, or activities offered by DimeHoops Basketball ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms and Conditions are a legally binding contract between you and DimeHoops Basketball regarding your use of the Service.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

   • By accessing and using the DimeHoops Basketball website (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

   • DimeHoops Basketball reserves the right to change, modify, or revise these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. USE OF SITE

   • You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Site to post, transmit, or distribute any material that:

   • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

   • Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including by infringing or misappropriating any third-party intellectual property rights.

   • Interfere with security-related features of the Service, including by:

     • Disabling or circumventing features that prevent or limit the use or copying of any content.

     • Reverse engineering or attempting to discover the source code of any portion of the Service, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

   • Interfere with the operation of the Service or any user’s enjoyment of the Service, including by:

     • Uploading or disseminating any virus, adware, spyware, worm, or other malicious code.

     • Making unsolicited offers or advertisements to another user of the Service.

     • Collecting personal information about another user or third party without consent.

   • Interfering with or disrupting any network, equipment, or server connected to or used to provide the Service.Engage in fraudulent activity, including impersonating any person or entity, claiming a false affiliation, accessing any other Service account without permission, or falsifying your age or date of birth.

4. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

   • Eligibility: Participants must meet the age and skill requirements for the program they are registering for.

   • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. Payment methods accepted include [list accepted payment methods]. You authorize DimeHoops Basketball and its third party payment processors to charge all sums for the Products you purchase and Memberships you subscribe to, including all applicable taxes, to the payment method specified in your account. If you pay any fees with a credit card, DimeHoops Basketball or its third party payment processors may seek pre-authorization of your credit card account prior to your purchase to verify that the credit card is valid and has the necessary funds or credit available to cover your purchase

   • Refunds: Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy, which can be found here.

5. PROGRAM CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

   • DimeHoops Basketball reserves the right to modify or cancel any program, event, or activity due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, low enrollment, or other factors. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy, which can be found here​.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

   • All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of DimeHoops Basketball or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without express written permission from DimeHoops Basketball.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   • DimeHoops Basketball is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during participation in our programs, events, or activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

   • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DimeHoops Basketball, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation in our programs or your violation of these Terms.

9. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

   • By registering for our programs, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with the sport of basketball. You agree to our Waiver Release Agreement, which can be found here.

10. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

    • Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

11. CODE OF CONDUCT

    • Participants and their parents/guardians are expected to adhere to the DimeHoops Basketball Code of Conduct, which promotes respect, sportsmanship, and safety. Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the program without a refund. By registering for our programs, you acknowledge, understand and agree to our Athlete and Fan Code of Conduct, which can be found here​. 

12. PRIVACY POLICY

    • Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

13. GOVERNING LAW

    • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in British Columbia and Canada.
